This is the final phase of the Just-in-Time SLA program. It will be highly customized to each learner, and can be done in as few as three weeks or can be spread out over additional weeks and months. The focus of Phase 3 is on equipping you to move from an everyday level of language ability to a more advanced proficiency needed for effective ministry and professional purposes. This phase includes video call interaction one-on-one and in a group, and individual assignments tailored to meet your learning needs and goals in three key areas:
- Focus on individual needs, which may vary considerably from person to person.
- Focus on knowledge and skills needed to reach the higher proficiency levels, which are areas not addressed in JIT Phase 1.
- Focus on knowledge and skills needed to become a self-directed learner who can continue to learn independently without frequent assistance of a language course, tutor, or coach.
